Returns, replacements and order problems

We want you to feel good about your purchase. If there’s a problem with your order—or the fit isn’t what you expected—contact us within 30 days of delivery through our contact form. Include your order number and a brief description; photos help us resolve damaged or misprinted items.

We’ll review your situation personally and work with you toward a fair solution. Please contact us before returning anything.

We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund for confirmed damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect items.

Size selection and change of mind

Each item is made to order. If the size or fit isn’t right, or you change your mind, contact us within 30 days of delivery through our contact form. We review these requests individually and work with you toward a fair solution, which may include a replacement, refund, or another resolution. A refund or exchange is not automatic. Please contact us before returning anything.

Sizing and care

Use the size guide on the individual product page and compare the measurements with a garment you already own. Different garment styles may fit differently. Follow the garment label and product-specific care instructions to help protect the fabric and print.

Production, shipping and tracking

Our apparel is made after you place your order. Production time is separate from shipping time. Delivery estimates vary by item and destination and are estimates rather than guarantees. Your order may arrive in separate shipments. We will send tracking information when it becomes available. Please check your delivery address carefully before placing an order.

Express shipping shortens carrier transit time after production; it does not speed up production. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates.

Changes and cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. We cannot guarantee changes once production has begun. This does not affect any cancellation rights you have under applicable law.

Your rights

Nothing in this policy limits your statutory consumer rights. Additional cancellation, return, replacement, or refund rights required by the law that applies to your purchase remain available. Purchases through a marketplace are also subject to that marketplace's applicable rules.
